False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-year duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements

These classes start out at NCV level 2 and the bare minimum need would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

At the time the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they might then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level three would be grade 11 and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, becoming comparable to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV amount 2 and that is equivalent to an NQF level two.
